We are currently looking for an individual to support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of processes, policies, procedures, and operations in fulfillment of ISO/IEC 17011quality management requirements applicable across all accreditation programs and support operational initiatives for continual improvement. Some overnight travel will be required. This position is amenable to working remotely on a permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities include but are limited to:
ISO/IEC 17011 Management System:
Reports to the Senior Director of Accreditation Systems Integrity on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement
Facilitates and supports implementation and continual improvement of the management system in compliance with ISO/IEC 17011 by performing the following as required:
Providing project management and logistical support (e.g., project and task planning, scheduling and/or execution of task, oversight of project tasks, implementation, reporting, etc.) for quality management events (e.g., external evaluations), participation in international recognition bodies (e.g., providing CAB counts as requested, maintaining records of international activities) and projects related to the optimization and harmonization of ANAB’s business processes related to cross-program implementation of ISO/IEC 17011
Annually scheduling and organizing the ANAB management review meeting, including managing the workflow, ensuring the various SBU-specific management review activities conducted between annual ANAB management review meetings are captured in the workflow, and collecting and providing a horizontal analysis of data supplied by SBU-specific management review activities
Managing the ANAB internal audit process including ensuring audit programs are maintained, annually scheduling and organizing the ANAB horizontal internal audit, and supporting the vertical audit process by ensuring that audits are planned and scheduled as necessary, auditors are approved, and appropriate records are maintained
Supporting implementation of cross-program procedures (internal and external), including those related to impartiality, risk, competence of personnel, document control, records management, confidentiality and conflict of interest, appeals and complaints, and use of symbols
Observation of business unit activities to monitor trends in operations and efficient and effective implementation of ANAB policies and processes
Monitoring and assisting with internal corrective action to ensure consistent and timely implementation of ISO/IEC 17011 and relevant cross-program procedures (internal and external)
Provides input on and support for the development and implementation of horizontal business process and procedures
Operational Process Database and Other Applications, as assigned:
Supports work groups related to the deployment of operational process database functionality
Participates in administration of technology applications for support of the management system including tools for document control and record retention
Additional Duties and Responsibilities, as assigned:
Provides project management for projects related to responsibilities of the Senior Director, Accreditation Systems Integrity
Candidates will have:
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and oral), and customer-focused approach
Familiarity with standards, conformity assessment, and quality management principles
Self-motivated and highly independent, capable of balancing priorities and meeting deadlines with limited supervision
Knowledge of project management
Professional demeanor and ability to balance respect, decisiveness, and tenacity when dealing with others
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of databases
Demonstrated capacity to embrace change and learn new technologies
