Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service.  We are seeking Clinical Support Assistant/Admin that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Create and update Nursing Dept Schedule in Qgenda, including but not limited to addressing daily change needs and facilitating the review and submittal of timesheets according to department policy
  2. Review time off requests and paperwork, submit to MAS for final approvals.
  3. Collect, organize, and archive department paperwork as directed.  
  4. Assist evaluation review process as directed, including but not limited to the collection of data related to performance, time off, peer/colleague feedback, project updates, training, testing, supplemental education undertaken, and scheduling evaluation with supervisors.
  5. Facilitate and manage MA/CSA access to partner healthcare systems and services as needed.
  6. Schedule, organize, and archive CPR and other certifications needed for Nursing department as determined by role.
  7. Manage department equipment list (such as laptops)
  8. Comply with SSCHC TB Control Plan including PPD testing.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
  2. Strong organizational and administrative skills
  3. Good communication and computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products.
  4. High school Diploma or GED
  5. Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
  6. Bilingual preferred but not required.
