MyChart Enrollment Specialist

Job Description
Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers is seeking a MyChart Enrollment Specialist. This position is temporary for approximately 1 year, with potential of hire. Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service.

- Educate patients on the advantages of MyChart and other patient-centric e-tools.
- Assist patients with the download and installation of the MyChart and other approved applications to mobile devices at point-of-care opportunities
- Teach patient MyChart basics using links, demonstrations and educational methods
- Track and maintain tablets and other devices used for enrollment
- Provide proxy access to parents of children under age 12 and explain proxy for 12 and older
- Teach security and privacy basics related to patient portal
- Field calls and concerns from patients to diagnose and resolve problems with patient e-tools
- Maintain records/logs of enrollments
- Assist with the identification of patterns or issues that create barriers to MyChart enrollment
Qualifications:
- Self motivated, driven and committed to enrollment
- Excellent communication ability
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in community health, public health or in a community agency.
- Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Bilingual Required (Spanish/English )
