We are seeking a new Director of Marketing to join our team. Your role will be to lead day-to-day functions of the marketing department by planning and overseeing marketing initiatives including strategic planning; proposal coordination and production; presentation development and production; internal communications and employee engagement initiatives; job-site and/or client event coordination; and special event
Qualifications of a Director of Marketing:
A Four-year degree (Marketing, Communications, or English
Minimum of seven years of related experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
Management experience required.
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills essential.
Proficient in MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
Position requires a moderate to high level of client interaction; strong communication interpersonal skills are essential.
