Job Description

Meadow Ridge Senior Living is seeking a detailed and organized individual who'll enjoy working in a fun and fast pace (but not chaotic) well-maintained 41 unit assisted living and memory care facility to provide administrative and office support, as well as work occasionally as a Resident Assistant.

Hours: Typically, Monday through Friday. You can choose from 9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm. 
Pay: 
15.00 - $17.50+ per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls when necessary
  • Welcome and direct residents, family, visitors or guests
  • Schedule or assist the Administrator with schedules / staffing / payroll
  • Maintain various records to help ensure facility compliance
  • Coordinate appointments for residents
  • Monitor, order and stock supplies 
  • Assist with coordination of medication check in 
  • Work as a Resident Assistant, on occasion
  • Shared on-call weekend rotation   
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
  • Successfully problem solve, make decisions and maintain confidentiality
  • Basic computer skills including email, web browsing skills, Word and Excel  
  • One or more years work experience with the senior population 
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs, and support up to 100lbs
  • Scheduling / Staffing / Time Sheets experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual 
  • Experience working as a resident assistant, nursing assistant, caregiver or CNA is preferred
