As an Assisted Living Director, you will manage CrestRidge Senior Living, which is a 40 unit campus (assisted living and memory care) that provides exceptional care to older adults and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with state CBRF regulations
Interview, hire and support staff, including performance evaluations
Oversee staff schedules
Assess prospective residents
Oversee admissions and resident plans of care
Communicate with resident families
Build community relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years working with seniors
An associate degree or higher from an accredited college in a health care related field
