PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for Job Coaches to join our team! As a Job Coach you will have an opportunity to change the lives of individuals with disabilities in your community. In this role you will provide one-on-one coaching in the workplace by using your creativity and people skills to work in a growing career field that is as rewarding as meaningful. We are hiring for part-time positions supporting individuals in Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett locations. This position is approximately 20 hours per week with potential for additional hours. Work hours are typically between 9am-6pm with shifts available most days of the week within those timeframes.

PROVAIL was founded in 1942 by parents of children with cerebral palsy. They created some of the first community services for individuals with cerebral palsy and other severe disabilities in the area. Our mission is supporting people with disabilities to fulfill their life choices. We help people decide how they want to live their life in the community and then provide the support services they need to act on those choices. We are one of the state’s largest private, multi-service agencies dedicated to meeting the needs of children and adults with all types of disabilities.
