Analyze existing branding and marketing strategies for each business unit
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies that support business growth objectives.
• Lead the marketing team acting as a mentor to each individual team member and ensure optimal workloads on a day-to-day basis.
• Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual targets
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and allocating resources appropriately
• Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral and provide feedback and direction to internal and external resources. Assist in the creation of assets when needed.
• Ensure all promotions, collateral and communications adhere to all outlined brand guidelines.
• Work with Marketing Managers to maintain a toolbox of resources for all sales teams.
• Build working relationships with key business stake holders including executives and sales leadership and the partner ecosystem
• Closely monitoring competitors' successes and failures and learning from them
• Oversee the renewals, onboarding and monthly utilization of all marketing and sales technologies.
• Track and analyze demand generation campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain and grow relationships with all vendor partners, agencies and freelancers.
• Manage marketing budgets for multiple divisions and business units

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, branding, PR, or similar field
• Master's degree preferable
• Extensive experience in a similar role and leading a capable team of people
• Superb marketing and research skills
• Knowledge and practical experience with SEO, Digital/Social, PR, partner lead, and field marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities
• Respect for people and new ideas
• Strong project management skills
• Solid leadership abilities
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with marketing technologies and software (CRM, Marketing Automation, B2B Intelligence)
• Willingness to travel regularly and work outside of normal business hours
• 10+ years minimum experience in technology sales and marketing
• 5+ years minimum experience leading a team of people

• Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
• Strong design eye and the ability to communicate direction to designers, developers and other creative resources
• Must be team player willing to assist others at all levels of the organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group setting
• Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style
• Ability to conduct training, communicate at panel discussions, and to make professional presentations
• Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Ability to conduct quarterly business reviews with company leadership and business partners
