Job Description: Office Administrator: *Use & coordinate maintenance of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems and computers. *Review and verify data. *Maintain and update files, mailings, inventory & database systems. *Process and distribute incoming mail *Prepare mailings *Prepare and edit reports, tables and records *Respond to requests for information. *Answer and screen telephone calls *Perform data entry *Process and review routine paperwork *Research files *Retrieve and archive documents *Greet and direct visitors, deliverymen, the general public, clients &employees
