We are currently looking for an individual with comprehensive administrative experience to fill the position of Coordinator within our Management Systems group.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to, tracking and follow-up on required actions, records maintenance, database entry, administrative projects, scheduling assessments, corresponding with clients, assessors, and staff. 

The position is a remote position. Some overnight travel may be required.

Candidates will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to demonstrate administrative discipline.
  • Excellent organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize projects, handle a multitude of activities simultaneously, and pay thorough attention to detail is essential.
  • Customer service support and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, and ability to always act with respect and integrity.
  • Demonstrated capacity to embrace change. Ability to manage work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to balance respect, decisiveness, and tenacity when dealing with others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to gain an understanding of ANAB’s internal databases and associated tools.
