The Pacific Companies, a Top Affordable Housing Developer, is seeking an enthusiastic, productive, organized and ambitious Finance Administrative Assistant/Intern to work in our Eagle Idaho Office.
This position will assist our Finance Team, including the Finance Team Executive, with daily administrative tasks.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist finance team in submittal of tax credit and soft financing applications for federal and state community development funds.
Provide research support to the real estate development team and assist in the debt and equity structuring for multifamily apartment projects in multiple states across the western US.
Assist the asset management team in the refinancing of existing apartment assets.
Assist entire Finance team as needed with periodic special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
