Job Description
The Pacific Companies, a Top Affordable Housing Developer,  is seeking an enthusiastic, productive, organized and ambitious Finance Administrative Assistant/Intern to work in our Eagle Idaho Office.

This position will assist our Finance Team, including the Finance Team Executive, with daily administrative tasks.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist finance team in submittal of tax credit and soft financing applications for federal and state community development funds.
  • Provide research support to the real estate development team and assist in the debt and equity structuring for multifamily apartment projects in multiple states across the western US.  
  • Assist the asset management team in the refinancing of existing apartment assets.  
  • Assist entire Finance team as needed with periodic special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
