Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Medical Translator/Clinical Support Assistant that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide translation for non-bilingual staff.
- Assist Medical Assistant with follow-up patient activities as assigned.
- Assist with patient follow up on appointments, referrals, outstanding orders, health reminders and other tasks as assigned.
- Assist with in-house translation of materials used for patient education and/or outreach.
- Medical translator certificate/education.
- Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Self-directed and able to work within a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
