Job Description
Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC) is a dynamic hub for government, business, commerce and the community, in the heart of the nation’s capital. As the first and only federal building dedicated to both public and private use, the Reagan Building is the official World Trade Center Washington, DC, featuring a premier conference and events center, executive office space, attractions and exhibits, retail, dining, parking and public programming.  

Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join its team.

This position performs a vital role of communication and interaction with the Building, Parking Tenants, Clients and Guests.  The Customer Service Representative supports the Operations and Parking Team by overseeing the service center, and assisting Tenant's with their inquiries and day to day operational needs. This position also supports the Property Manager and the Parking Customer Service Manager in the day to day operational needs.   

Essential Functions
  • Experience in building maintenance operations, tenant and staff interaction
  • Serve as Service Center Coordinator
  • Set up and relocation of rooms, offices, or events highly desired, some lifting may be required if need be
  • Prepare monthly work order deliverables report
  • Interact with tenants on a daily basis
  • Distribute Notices
  • Assist in Monthly Tenant Rent Collection
  • Assist with Event setup when needed
  • Attend Departmental and Company meetings
  • Conduct Quality Control inspections
  • Coordinates building badge requests and approvals
  • Assist Parking Customers with inquiries, payments, new accounts and cancellation, as well as other duties necessary to provide good customer service to the Tenants and Government Agencies
Job Requirements
  • Essential to possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Knowledge in Building systems 1-3 years of property management experience is a plus.
  • Extensive Tenant interaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
Environment
  • Ability to stand and or sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stand, bend and to lift 50 pounds
