Job Description
Join our team who is committed to the delivery of the highest quality health care service. We are seeking a full-time Psychotherapist (School Based) that is self-motivated, energetic, and a take charge individual.

Responsibilities include:
- Promote healthy personal and family relationships through education, exploration of relationship dynamics, and therapeutic intervention.
- Conduct weekly therapy sessions with clients; additional sessions are provided on as “as needed” basis.
- Provide each client with a custom-designed treatment plan which will include measurable, realistic, and appropriate treatment goals, and outline specific therapeutic interventions utilized by the psychotherapist, ongoing assessment of progress, modifications when necessary, and aftercare planning.
- Continuously review client treatment plans and record therapy sessions with progress notes in an electronic health record. Insure notes contain accurate and relevant information and stay within legal parameters.
- Document treatment reviews on each active client as dictated by DHS 3
- Consult with Behavioral Health team members on cases as needed.
- Collaborate with referents and community resources and make requested court appearances as they pertain to the client’s continuity of care.
- Attend weekly clinical case reviews, psychiatric consultations, and medical reviews on a regular basis.
- Maintain required continuing education units through in-services and workshops that maintain and improve clinical skills and for the maintenance of a valid practice license.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or psychology or nursing program.
- 3,000 hours post Master’s Degree for third party billing and possess a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin from the Department of Safety and Professional Services (LCSW or LPC).
- Ability to relate well to persons from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
