Firetrace International is looking for a Customer Service Specialist

Firetrace is a global manufacturer of life-saving fire suppression devices. We’re in the business of protecting lives and livelihoods from the impact of fire. Our fire suppression systems keep businesses, people, and equipment safe by automatically detecting and suppressing fires in high-risk equipment, like CNC machines, vehicles, heavy equipment, electrical cabinets, and wind turbines.

What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the customer service manager, you’re responsible for managing customer expectations and engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers.

A day in your life might include…
  • Working with customers and sales managers to facilitate accurate order entry
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customer and distributors
  • Coordinate with other departments on accurate and timely delivery of orders, build plans/scheduling, and shipping/export compliance
What we need from you
  • Willingness to work a full-time, permanent role, based in our Scottsdale, AZ office
  • Experience taking the lead and owning customer/client relationships
  • Proficient with providing business reports across all levels of the organization
