Job Description
The Project Assistant position assists the Site Project Manager in completing site specific documentation. Duties include completing timesheets, procuring equipment/materials, procuring subcontracted services including lodging accommodations, coding/approving invoices for AP, providing cost estimates as well as other administrative duties as needed. Assists project manager to stay in compliance with contract guidelines.
Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties such as;
-Maintain accurate site files
-Data entry for payroll, AP/AR
-Prepare contractor daily cost reports
-Coordinate the acquisition and delivery of site equipment/materials
-Assist with site procurement meeting company and contract requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
Must be adept in use of personal computer, including email, word processing (Word), spreadsheet programs (Excel), and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with a multitude of tasks. Must have excellent problem solving skills. Prefer knowledge of AP/Payroll/Billing-Reconciliation Processes. Prefer knowledge of EPA RCMS cost control software. Requires use of motor vehicle so must maintain current, valid driver’s license.
