The Real Estate team manages a diverse real estate portfolio with over 50 domestic and international office & specialty sites and over 1,200 technology infrastructure sites supporting 24x7 communications services.Primary Responsibilities:Analyze lease information and create various professional presentations for leadership. Prepare monthly and annual management reports. Review and audit frequently to ensure accuracy and completeness.Abstract current leases to new databases with current lease information including rents, critical dates, increase schedules, and lessor information.Develop lease critical dates database for rent increases, lease expirations, and other deadlines, plus payment cost center and other pertinent information.Create central calendar with critical dates and information.Create KPI database and reminder structure.Maintain lease files and databases with current correspondence, documents, rental information, and certificates of insurance. Site contacts, vendor contacts & agreements, and other various site information.Work directly with lessors to maintain current and accurate payment information and reconcile accounts.Support Property / Facilities Management for special projects on an 'as needed' basis.Basic Qualifications:Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
