The Loan & Sales Support Platform Product Owner will be responsible for managing applications supporting our Loan & Insurance functions at American AgCredit. The Product Owner will manage the priorities of an Agile delivery team and any necessary implementation partners for continued iterative development aligned to key deliverables identified in American AgCredit's strategic initiatives. Under the direction of the Head of Product Management & Delivery for the Digital and Credit capabilities, this Product Owner will work closely with the Business Transformation group and other delivery teams to establish a strong Loan & Sales Support Governance and Operating model to keep these applications healthy and optimized. You will work with key stakeholders across the Association including Architecture, Enterprise Delivery Office, Customer Risk Management (Insurance), Credit, Evaluation Services, Strategy Office and other Subject Matter Experts/Stakeholders as needed.
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting multiple applications preferably in the financial industry.
TheLoan & Sales Support Platform Product Ownerwill work under the direction of the Head of Product Management & Delivery for the Digital and Credit capabilities and will work closely with key stakeholders to develop the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, development, and implementation of key products within the association, both internal and customer-facing.They will partner and represent the business, user community and initiative teams while carrying out their responsibilities for determining which features and functions are required to meet the company's mission and strategic goals. This individual should have proven leadership and communication skills, and be versed in agile methodologies.The Product Owner will be responsible for collaborating with other Product Owner peers to ensure seamless integration in the Association solution sets.

Must have the ability to perform basic office tasks and sit at a desk for an extended period of time. Job requires extensive use of computers and phones. While performing the job, the employee is required to sit, crouch, kneel, crawl, reach and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to work with typical hardware and cabling practices required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team. Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job. Must be able to interact effectively with people at all levels of company. Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
These roles and job functions can be done remotely, while maintaining our strong commitment to customer service and our business goals. Employees are welcome to come to an office to work if needed, and some travel for team meetings will be required.
Minimum - $103,920.00 Midpoint - $129,900.00 Max - $162,375.00
This range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate. American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.
