Oversee daily functions in departments such as CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, and scheduling.
Continually eliminate waste and improve processes while leading teams to transform towards and sustain operational excellence.
Must be able to lead and execute plans quickly and effectively, and be fully accountable to aggressive production targets being hit.
Coordinate and direct operational activities of the plant between and help ensure alignment cross-functionally.
Help direct, manage, and adhere to various goals in safety, quality, production, and supply chain.
Assist in maintaining plant facilities and equipment to a high standard of excellence.
Create and keep work and production schedules, goals, and assignments to meet plant objectives.
Hiring, training, and coaching of management and operator level employees while not compromising a high bar of excellence.
Experienced in leading Lean transformations/initiatives
Experience in managing production functions such as assembly, CNC machining and fabrication
