SHIFT: No Weekends
SCHEDULE: Full-time


The Manager of Food and Nutrition Services ensures a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction of Food & Nutrition Services. Oversees food service-related activities, including patient care, retail services, including cafeteria, catering, and quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all hospital-related activities.

Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point has been serving the community for 40 years. We are a 290-bed acute care hospital located in Hudson with more than 300 physicians, 1,436 caregivers employees and 250 volunteers on our integrated healthcare delivery team. Our hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Statutory Teaching Hospital and an accredited Community Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons. Other specialty services provided include Heart and Vascular, Orthopedics, and Bariatrics. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in related field preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years food service or related food service operations experience preferably in a healthcare environment to include food preparation, distribution, service and record maintenance. 2+ years supervisory experience.

Training:

Serve-Safe Certification or equivalent as approved by state of Florida required, or must become certified within 90 days of employment.
