The Manager of Food and Nutrition Services ensures a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction of Food & Nutrition Services. Oversees food service-related activities, including patient care, retail services, including cafeteria, catering, and quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all hospital-related activities.

Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point has been serving the community for 40 years. We are a 290-bed acute care hospital located in Hudson with more than 300 physicians, 1,436 caregivers employees and 250 volunteers on our integrated healthcare delivery team. Our hospital is a Level II Trauma Center, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Statutory Teaching Hospital and an accredited Community Cancer Program by the American College of Surgeons. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors degree in related field preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years food service or related food service operations experience preferably in a healthcare environment to include food preparation, distribution, service and record maintenance. 2+ years supervisory experience.

Training:

Serve-Safe Certification or equivalent as approved by state of Florida required, or must become certified within 90 days of employment.
