Position description
Participates in various phases of the construction process on any construction project or assigned relative topic. Assists with budgeting and scheduling of projects and work orders, work planning and sequencing, contract administration, construction document control, and contractor management under the supervision of a Construction Manager with various organizational responsibilities and specialties. Work experience is 30 weeks in duration. The duration may be adjusted to meet student's and or employer's needs.
Qualifications
Completion of 2-3 years of education at an accredited program of Construction Management or Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Interior Design with plans to continue academic work toward a Bachelor or Masters of degree. Requires at least a 2.75 GPA.

Construction Manager Intern position will consist of a 7:30am to 4:00pm workday Monday through Friday. Intern will have the option to telework 2-3 days per week as approved by Supervisor.
One internship opportunity is available from January 2022 and concluding in August 2022 for a total of 30 weeks.
A second internship opportunity is available from May 2022 and concluding in December 2022 for a total of 30 weeks.
Weekend schedule
Weekends are typically not required.
