Trade Center Management Associates (TCMA, A Drew Company), the exclusive manager of the RRB/ITC, is seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join the Finance team.
The Payroll Administrator will assist the CFO and Controller in performing and overseeing weekly payroll processing as well as coordinating associated tax and 401(k) filings with third party processors. May work with CFO and Controller on general accounting duties as necessary.
Essential Functions Enter weekly expense reimbursements and gratuities in ADP. Responsible for processing bonuses, commissions, check reversals and reissues. Responsible for processing hires/terms in ADP and coordinating with HR. Records all manual check and void check entries in ADP. Handle garnishments with some direct interaction with agencies and attorneys. Work with ADP verifying amounts for quarterly and annual filings. Prepares weekly remittance for transmission of amounts to the 401k provider. Ensure direct deposit forms are completed correctly. Work with multiple batches in ADP to process payroll. Assist with gathering information for 401K and other payroll related audits. Function as the liaison between TCMA and ADP. Prepare ADP reports on Ad Hoc basis as requested. Special projects and some general accounting duties as needed with the CFO, Controller, and VP of Human Resources.
Candidate’s Requirements Three to five years payroll experience including experience with ADP. ADP Reporting experience a strong plus. Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the Company. Detailed oriented with strong orientation skills. Ability to establish priorities and work within deadlines. High school degree or GED
