All Saints Memory Care is looking for an individual to work part-time, providing a strong support to our management team, our senior residents and co-workers. The Administrative Assistant greets visitors and outside health professionals while ensuring a smooth daily flow. The right person for this exciting and unique role must be very caring, patient, compassionate and most importantly have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Some of the responsibilities include:
assisting the Administrator and Nurse with various clerical tasks
supporting staffing needs by providing caregiving when needed
updating daily assignments and other forms
maintaining various records and helping ensure facility compliance
filing, coordinating resident appointments, monitoring supplies and ordering as needed
assisting with new hire training/orientation.
Prior caregiving and administrative experience in a health care setting is preferred but is not required.
