We are currently looking for an individual with solid writing experience and administrative skills to fill the position of Coordinator within our Systems Integrity Team (SIT). The position is based out of our Washington D.C. office but a remote work environment may be approved.

The Coordinator interfaces with staff at all levels of the organization and staff in ANAB's parent organization, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The Coordinator will support SIT initiatives related to fulfillment and improvement of ANAB's quality management system. Duties and responsibilities include serving as the administrator for document control and records management platforms; drafting, editing and formatting a variety of documents such as policies, procedures, and user manuals; assisting with workflow development, construction and implementation; and report preparation. Some overnight travel may be required.

Candidates will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. An associate degree and five years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, timeliness in meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and oral), technical writing skills desired
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of balancing priorities and meeting deadlines with limited supervision
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple electronic systems/databases
  • Demonstrated capacity to embrace change
