We are currently looking for an individual with forensic experience to fill the position of Senior Manager/Manager of Accreditation within our Forensic group. This position can be based out of our Cary, NC office or be a remote (work from home) position. This recruitment may be used to fill more than one position.

The Senior Manager/Manager of Accreditation has a significant role and direct impact on the assessment and accreditation of forensic service providers. Duties and responsibilities include providing technical assistance to clients and stakeholders, managing processes for accreditation programs and managing communication and workflow with clients. Overnight travel is required, including domestic and potential international travel.

Candidates will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Five or more years of forensic related experience is preferred. Fifteen or more years technical experience in a forensic environment could substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
  • A strong scientific and technical background is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, and ability to always act with respect and integrity. Ability to manage and/or lead a team and projects.
  • Ability to demonstrate administrative discipline.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, including the ability to prioritize projects and give attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and ability to balance respect, decisiveness, and tenacity when dealing with others.
  • Demonstrated capacity to embrace change. Ability to manage work under pressure.
  • Intricate understanding of the accreditation business, products, markets, personnel, outside influencers, etc.
  • Understanding of quality principles, continuous learning, customer focus and service, and teamwork and partnering skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to gain an understanding of ANAB’s internal databases and associated tools.
