Job Description
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a new Clinical Supervisor for our Assertive Community Treatment team serving adults in Clermont County, Ohio.  The ideal candidate will have a Ohio LISW or LPCC and prior supervisory experience.  This supervisory position is located at our Certified Behavioral Health Clinic in Amelia, Ohio.


Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the administrative and clinical management and daily operations of assigned team.
  • Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to staff: diagnosticians and care managers.
  • Manages the daily operation of team supporting the organization’s goals and philosophies.

Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling or other field of study that is related to the treatment, support and education of individuals with addictions or mental health concerns; and two years clinical experience required.
  • Previous supervisory and administrative experience required. Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board at the independent level LISW or LPCC.
  • Experience in the addictions field preferred; Licensed by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board with an LICDC, preferred.
  • Demonstrated communication and counseling skills.
  • Position may require some varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
