Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with key stakeholders to define scope, costs and timelines for development of new connected vehicle capabilities
* Create the product/feature vision and roadmap
* Own the Product Owner role in the software development methodology, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting requirements, creating domain maps, creating use cases and flow diagrams
* Develop positioning for the product and facilitate customer research
* Advocate on behalf of the customer for the development team
* Define platform features and manage/prioritize backlog of development teams
* Collaborate with software development team during development to clarify feature objectives and address questions, dependencies, and gaps
* Manage the user acceptance testing process for new platform features
* Work closely with stakeholders to plan, launch and implement deliverables on time and in accordance to specifications and requirements
* Consume customer, team and client feedback and align to business needs. Translate these items into new product features that align with the overall product vision and strategy

Position Qualifications
* Preferred: 1-3 years' experience in automotive industry
* Familiarity with connected vehicle features and vehicle electrical architecture
* Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable to change
* Clear focus, decisiveness, and strong initiative to deliver results
* Experience with complex technical product delivery and requirements gathering/analysis
* Knowledge of front-end and backend technologies required to deliver mobile app features
* Ability to communicate business requirements to technical team
* Experience writing business test cases and managing user acceptance testing
* Strong oral and written communication, organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills
* Demonstrate a strategic, creative and curious mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
* Strong facilitation and follow-up skills
* Preferred experience working in an Agile software development environment and with cross-functional teams
* Preferred experience/understanding of user facing technologies

Experience Preferred:
Experience with Agile framework, SDLC Experience with Atlassian Jira

Education Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Preferred: Engineering or Business bachelor's degree
* Preferred: 1-3 years' experience in automotive industry
