SUMMARY: Assists the Product& Marketing Manager with managing designated products throughout the products’ lifecycle to support the Association’s objectives and strategies. Provides reporting and project related documents to not only advance products through the project life cycle, but also understands trends inside and outside our organization. Provides marketing support to promote and educate employees and customers about the products. This job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced environment. Must be enthusiastic, positive, able to maintain composure and professional demeanor at all times, and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, communications, organization, flexibility, and sound judgement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Research and Analysis
Gathers data regarding current and future market conditions including, but not limited to, conducting and documenting mystery shopping and online research to identify potential gaps and opportunities.
Completes high-quality analysis and detailed documentation to facilitate effective decision making.
Performs and maintains market analysis by each product segment that helps determine market driven enhancements to existing product and/or requirements.
Maintains and inputs key competitors by product and gathers data on identified consumer trends.
Serves as super user for financial services data and research aggregator including bank associations (for example: Maryland Bankers Association).
Synthesizes information into a comprehensive and actionable format.
Utilizes relevant system to mine customer data.
Product Planning and Management
Collaborates and implements ongoing product reporting including current and historical product performance, status, and trends as well as customer acquisition results, retention trends, and impact on deepening customer relationships.
Supports all dimensions of project administrative activities to ensure project success.
Supports the creation and maintenance of monthly and quarterly KPI tracking.
Provides support to project teams by supplying necessary project support including, but not limited to development and distribution of meeting minutes and project plan updates.
Serves as an effective support liaison for all product touch points including sales, operations, protocols, system requirements, IT, and compliance.
Provides administration including follow-up of all product marketing materials and relevant compliance materials.
Product Marketing
Supports and assists in planning and tracking product launches.
Obtains and retains required approvals for product marketing materials act as administrator through production and distribution.
Assists with the development of tools for front line including, but not limited to training, sales aids, research, sales results tracking and collateral.
Assists with development of product presentations, as needed.
Consumer/End User Support
Triages and tracks product related inquiries and feedback.
Supports research activities including, but not limited to, site coordination, target list generation and transmission, and research methodology finalization.
Assists with result summary analysis.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required.
College coursework in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field, preferred.
Three years of project coordination experience to include research, analysis, planning, and implementation required.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time ( 50%-75% of the time).
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copymachine, and computer printer.
