Job Title: Content Marketing Manager Reports to: VP Marketing Location: Scottsdale, Arizona preferred (open to discussing remote for the right candidate) Firetrace is ready to get (even more) serious about content marketing. Over the last 9 months, we’ve proven that the right content drives significant revenue for our business. Now, we’re looking to increase both the quality and quantity of our content, so that we can scale those results. We are looking for a passionate marketer and storyteller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and bringing to life stories and news about our ideal customers. These are primarily medical device and aerospace manufacturers and precision machine shops. Here’s why we think this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about content:

You are naturally curious and willing to do some digging for answers

You have a deep understanding of social media and can adapt content for different platforms (experience hosting/managing/coordinating a podcast or video series a plus)
You are a strong individual contributor that can also take the lead on teams (working with Firetrace staff, agency partners, vendors, freelancers)
You enjoy experimenting and thrive when given the freedom to test and implement new ideas
