If you’re wondering about culture fit, here’s what we value at Firetrace:
Challenge: When we challenge each other to be our best, we provide motivation. It might sting just a little, but we reward and support those who make themselves vulnerable to challenge and who overcome challenges with optimism and a sense of urgency.
Accountability: It’s a mindset that helps us get our work done. “It's up to me to close the loop, not just check the box.”
Curiosity offers us more angles on any problem and on the solution, which allows us the intellectual diversity to solve new problems and learn things faster.
Partnership is more than a nice word. It literally brings more firepower to any problem. We support partnership by keeping our promises.
