Job Description
Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP) has an immediate opening for a Management Analyst to support a growing Photonics Depot program.

SEA CORP is a veteran-owned business, based in Middletown, Rhode Island. Founded in 1981, we have been providing services to the U.S. Navy for over 35 years.  Our core business is providing systems, software, and hardware engineering services, as well as test and evaluation services to the Navy, chiefly for submarine electronic systems.

Job Summary:
The Imaging business area supports NUWC Code 34, and works with industry partners to develop, test, and install submarine Imaging systems with full lifecycle support from new construction through In-service needs.

Responsibilities:
This position will be required to maintain Photonics Deport databases and reconcile OEM inventory reports for Government Furnished Material (GFM), provide weekly Depot highlight reports and updates regarding Photonics mast disposition. The candidate will assist in developing program plans and schedules, providing asset tracking, and support of vendor management. Individual will be responsible for accessing, analyzing, and archiving Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables from OEM and processing review cycles with Depot team as well as review of Test and Evaluation/Repair reports, and populating Depot tracker spreadsheets. The ideal candidate is expected to be able to familiarize themselves with all Imaging system hardware through On Job Training including understanding commonality between the various systems.  Submarine imaging systems experience is a plus.

Education and Qualifications:
Candidates should have a background in Submarine Imaging Systems, as well as; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The applicant needs to follow and ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with customers and teammates at all levels of the organization.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technical Field with three or more years of professional experience in administrative and clerical support and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite/ Excel. Familiarity with Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance are required.
