Counselors: Non-profit social service agency in Contra Costa County (Richmond and Concord Areas) seeks certified and experienced substance abuse counselors to conduct screening and assessments; provide individual and group counseling; develop treatment plans; create and maintain client charts in compliance with regulatory agencies and funder; facilitate relapse prevention; and provide case management in out-patient settings. It is mandatory that counselors are certified by a State of California Accredited Institution. There are openings for day, evening, and nighttime shifts. Prior experience working with clients in a substance abuse treatment program is required. Clinical Supervision towards licensure may be available for AMFT, APCC, and ACSW level clinicians.
