Job Description
SEA CORP has an opening for a mid-level Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Systems Engineer II in Newport, RI. The selected candidate will work on SIGINT systems analysis with an emphasis on integrating the data with various current tools like Radiant Valkyrie Lite (RVL), GALE, ASA, FADE/MIST, and Special Projects systems.

Founded in 1981, we have been providing services to the Navy for over 35 years.  Our core business is providing systems, software, and hardware engineering services, as well as test and evaluation services to the U.S. Navy, chiefly for submarine electronic systems.

Job Summary:
This position will support the development and integration of tactical library data into new tools. The hired candidate will also support the prototype development and capability assessment of new SIGINT development efforts. While this position will mostly have regular business hours, some travel may be required.
The chosen candidate must have the ability to analyze and manage data, work well within a team and possess strong organizational and communication skills. They must also possess the ability to multi-task prioritize based upon project and deadline. The candidate must also be a proven self-starter with the ability take ownership of assigned tasks and utilize creative thinking in problem solving.

Education and Qualifications:
Background as an Electronics Technician (ET)/Cryptologic Technician (CT)/Intelligence Specialist (IS) as well as experience with Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) and Communications Intelligence (COMINT) data. The candidate should also have experience with technical ELINT exploitation and analysis of naval radar and weapons systems data and possess the ability to process and analyze raw ELINT data from a variety of sources and integrate into intelligence databases. They should also have a basic understanding of collections systems, be able to maintain and update ELINT databases and tracking systems as well as have experience with national data sources such as MSCDB, EOB/EOB-Lite, Parametric EOB, CED, NIODB, WRANGLER and similar databases.

U.S. citizenship and a current DoD Secret clearance are required.
