Systems Engineering Associates Corporation (SEA CORP) is a veteran-owned business, based in Middletown, Rhode Island. Founded in 1981, we have been providing services to the Navy for over 35 years. Our core business is providing systems, software, and hardware engineering services, as well as test and evaluation services to the U.S. Navy, chiefly for submarine electronic systems.

Job Summary: Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience. These roles will be responsible for, or act as, the technical lead for tasking, collaboration and interaction with customers and colleagues. These positions require creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, as well as strong organizational and presentation skills. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and be self-motivated.
Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with a field of concentration in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience. Candidates must be proficient in C++ software development and have experience designing software using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Applicants should also be proficient in a Linux development environment and practiced in writing software requirements and design documentation. The ideal candidates will have experience using Qt Framework and Qt Creator IDE. The ideal candidates will also have experience writing Software Requirements Document (SRS) and Software Design Document (SDD) as well as experience using Data Distribution Protocol (DDS).
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance is required.
