Job Description

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to handle general office tasks, provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and be a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as a Client Coordinator, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Client Coordinators must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication

Position Summary: Client Coordinators interface with clients, assessors, committee members and staff to coordinate the delivery of accreditation and assessment services.

General Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to support the accreditation process by coordinating accreditation activity between clients and assessors.  

  • Responsible for coordination of accreditation activities; including; assessment scheduling, pre- and post-assessment activity, accreditation decision process.
  • Regular participation and contributions to team meetings
  • Record maintenance
  • Support the maintenance of the database(s) for assessors and customers
  • Establish and maintain client contacts
  • Serve as liaison between the client, assessors, and company staff
  • Support technical staff, accreditation councils and committees
  • Assist in monthly forecasting and the yearly budgeting process
  • Support with duties to assure business unit metrics are maintained
  • Customer Support; including follow-up
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • May prepare correspondence and handle travel arrangements
  • May schedule meetings and appointments manage projects, conduct research.

    • Demonstrated capacity to embrace change. Ability to manage work under pressure.
  • Assessment management skills: Planning, coordination, quality principles,
    • Appropriate level of understanding of the accreditation business, products, markets, personnel, outside influencers, etc.
    • Understanding of quality principles, continuous learning, customer focus and service, and teamwork and partnering skills
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office, internal database, associated IT platforms. 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to gain an understanding of ANAB’s internal databases and associated tools.

Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require overnight travel.  This position is not amenable to working remotely on a permanent basis without prior approval. 

Education and Experience: BA/BS Required. High School or Equivalent plus 5+ years' experience may substitute for BA/BS
