Job Description
Job Summary:
SEA CORP has an opening for an entry level Administrative Manager to provide program support functions based in Newport, RI. The successful candidate will work with a small team and under general supervision to support day-to-day administrative activities such as data management, tracking classified media and personnel access, and updating spreadsheets and databases. This position will involve frequent interaction with customers and project management. The ideal candidates will respond to inquiries, questions, or requests, identify the needs of the tasks at hand, and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated, have excellent written and verbal communication skill, and be highly organized with the ability to take task ownership.

Education and Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in any field and a minimum of two years of administrative experience.

U.S. citizenship and a current Secret level DoD clearance are required.
