Under the direction of the Casework Supervisor, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Facilitator provides evidence based CBT programs and other life-skills programs to parolee participants in group and individual meetings, classes and workshops. CBT Facilitators conduct groups and other therapeutic practices with fidelity to the curriculum. CBT Facilitators are required to model the values of Center Point, Inc. as contained in the Center Point Concepts and are also required to uphold Center Point's philosophy and standards of care. CBT Facilitators provide program security, monitor client behavior, facilitate group counseling activities, and provide educational and community service activities to the clients. CBT Facilitators also engage in program activities such as urine collection, facility maintenance, and program outreach.
