Job Description
Job Summary:
SEA CORP has an opportunity for a Software Configuration Management and Integration Specialist in Newport, RI. The selected applicant will work as part of a large software development team supporting the development of control systems software to be deployed on naval SSN platforms. The position requires expertise in defining, timely executing, and improving the software build process. Candidates should be knowledgeable of configuration management tools and best practices. Experience with software development and testing tools are desired along with system/software troubleshooting skills. Collaboration with team members and interaction with customers will require strong interpersonal communication skills in addition to organizational skills. Creative thinking, self-motivation and problem-solving abilities are a plus.

Education & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of technical experience. Equivalent direct experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Candidates should be highly comfortable with Linux, C++, Java, system performance monitoring, reliability considerations, resource failure considerations, and integration/tuning of commercial products.

U.S. citizenship and a current DoD Secret clearance are required.
