Job Summary: SEA CORP’s Electronic Warfare (EW) business area is seeking a Management and Program Analyst. The EW business area specializes is research and development software design, test and delivery within the Department of Defense (DoD) and industry partners. The Management and Program Analyst will work in a small team comprised of a government manager, sponsor manager, and industry partners. The candidate will assist in the development of program plans, program schedules, and vendor management. The Management and Program Analyst will provide regular schedule and program tracking and analysis, as well as technical reporting. This position will identify and present schedule and program risk and provide risk mitigation solutions. Responsibilities:
Coordination of program meetings, action items, action item management and reporting
Regular program schedule review with government manager and industry partners
Development and maintenance of program master schedule
Program milestone tracking, reporting, and identification of risk
Record and report anticipated versus actual product deliveries
Manage and track day-to-day progress against the scheduled milestones
Highlight and manage risk and across the program critical path and report findings
Real-time identification and recommendation for areas of improvement and risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate with government manager on long-term program planning
Track all required artifacts to completion
Education and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 8-14 years of practiced experience in the unique nature of managing projects within the scope of DoD contracts; familiarity with Navy procurement practices, FAR, DFAR and implementation of system level procurement and proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role. Expert knowledge in MS Excel and MS Project; working knowledge of MS Visio; excellent analytical skills; ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts; demonstrable strategic thinking skills; strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills; and, confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance are required.
