Job Description
Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, Human Resources, this position is responsible for on-boarding Experts in compliance with Master Services Agreements across all YourEncore business sectors.  The Onboarding Specialist ensures all employee paperwork and payroll processing is completed for each expert.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages on-boarding requests from the Account Teams and processes new and returning experts to work on YourEncore projects. 

Coordinates “new hire” paperwork such as:
  • Creation of Engagement Agreements
  • Monitoring of W-2/1099 documentation and processing
  • Form I-9 Processing (Employment Eligibility Processing)
  • Drug screens
  • Background checks and monitoring follow-up status, as needed
  • Validation that YourEncore Confidentiality Agreements and other Client-specific Confidentiality Notices are signed as required by individual Clients
  • Information Protection and Security Training

Uses Applicant Tracking system to distribute documents, tracks their return, follows-up as needed, and notes the receipt of documents in Applicant Tracking System.

Oversees YourEncore Client-specific enrollment and on-boarding requirements through utilization of the “Expert On-Boarding Matrix” tool.  Reviews Client contracts to verify all necessary paperwork and requirements are met.

Ensures compliance with YourEncore policies and procedures.

Maintains metrics tracking as it pertains to workload activities on a weekly basis and submits requested reports for management review.

Supports YourEncore Account Teams through other administrative tasks and projects, as assigned.

Acts as a backup to the payroll function including processing Expert and internal employee payroll on an as needed basis. 

Supports additional Human Resources functions as needed.

Education and/or Experience
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree required.


Prior experience in recruiting or staffing areas, contract compliance.

Payroll processing, ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 

Quality and process oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy in the updating of multiple systems.

Ability to work across multiple Client-specific requirements and to ensure compliance needs are met within the demands of various Master Service Agreements.

Ability to maintain confidential information is a must. 

Computer competency with fluency in Windows and Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to read written reports, business correspondence and typed information on a computer screen.


Must be able to hear well enough to effectively and professionally communicate with co-workers and clients.   Must be able to write, type, and use the telephone.

As part of the responsibilities of this position, may be required to climb stairs, stoop or kneel to retrieve items, lift office supplies, and pull or push doors.
