About the Position:

Briotix Health, in partnership with BTE, is looking to add a PRN Registered Nurse to provide full process, 1:1, hands-on treatment services to one of our clients in the York, PA area. This industrial / occupational treatment position is ideally suited for an individual who possesses a strong understanding of body mechanics, is comfortable working autonomously, and has the desire to work flexible weekday hours.

Primary Duties:

  1. Use of evidence based medicine to assess and treat
  2. Manage emergent situations and ongoing care
  3. Administration of medical treatment and medication competently as directed by following the Standing Orders and Nursing Guidelines
  4. Coordination of a multi-disciplinary approach using medical, rehab, fitness, employee assistance and any other services necessary to meet the health and wellness of the employee
  5. Ensure continuity among teams by documenting and communicating information, responding to requests, building rapport and participating in team problem solving
  6. Administration and tracking of annual vaccinations, audiograms, drug & alcohol testing, biometrics, medical questionnaires
  7. Administrative functions as needed
  8. Additional tasks as assigned 


Position Requirements:

  1. Certificate from an accredited Nursing School
  2. Current Wisconsin state license in good standing
  3. Active certification in CPR and BLS
  4. Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video skype, and in writing
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  7. Reliable transportation and clean driving record


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 4-6 years of clinical experience
  2. 3 years experience in the occupational setting
  3. Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
  4. COHN or COHN-S certification
  5. CAOHC training or experience
  6. Certified BAT/USD collection
