*Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 40hrs/week. Overtime is based on department and company needs.
*Shift/Work Days: First Shift. Maintenance Office hours are 7am - 5pm but are subject to change and based on department and company needs.
*Monday through Saturday. Weekends could be required but are based on department and company needs.
Experience / Qualifications:
Must be organized and detail orientated.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast pace/high pressure environment.
Experience with Inventory and purchasing of parts for a maintenance department is required.
Experience with a preventative maintenance program highly preferred.
Must be able to drive fork lift and company vehicle and be able to pick up 50 pounds.
Must be able to execute and operate maintenance program (Will Train).
Must be able to communicate parts needs to Maintenance Manager.
Must be able to keep and predict usages of oil, grease, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, along with assisting the Maintenance Department Manager.
This position will also help with Purchasing, maintaining parts room, inventory and Preventative Maintenance program.
Checking in of materials, logging in. Checking in, checking out.
Inventory Management experience.
Some mechanical experience, preferred.
Keep bin stocks at acceptable levels.
Keep incoming parts labeled and put in correct bins.
Education: No Minimum Education Level Requested. Must be 18 years of age or older.
