Mall of America will be conducting walk-in interviews for all hourly positions. The interviews will be held in Human Resources on the 4th floor of the Offices @ MOA. Mall of America® Human Resources department is located in the office tower on the north side of the Mall near the Atrium. The entrance to the Offices @ MOA are located on the 3rd floor within Culinary on North, near Thai Express; look for the sign that says Offices @ MOA. Once you enter through the doors of the tower, walk straight back to the elevators and take one to the 4th floor, this is where MOA’s Human Resources department is located. If you have issues finding the office tower entrance, please use one of our Way Finding kiosks and type in Thai Express, this will lead you to a location near the office entrance.
