P?ositions Available: Housing Services Case Managers

• Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Education, Counseling, Criminology or Social Welfare, Child Development, or other relevant fields especially with regards to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) homelessness and vulnerable populations and/or social services.
• Required Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth in a public or private child welfare social services setting and/or specific experience working with Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and homeless population.

Salary Range: $20.04 up to $28.50 per hour (Salary is based on level of verified education & related experience). Overnight Shift differential $1.00 per hour.

Our Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program provides housing and supportive housing services to formerly homeless individuals to maintain stable housing. Participants are referred through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and are provided intensive case management services.

O?ur Transitional Housing program provides clients with housing up to three years and linkages in hopes for permanent housing through family reunification, Section 8 housing, or Rapid-Rehousing through case-management.
