Production Worker – 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift

In this role you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality.

Ø 3rd Shift (8 Openings): Sun. – Thurs., 10:30pm – 7am $18.70/hr + $1.00 shift premium

Multiple Roles Available:

Coater Operators – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes:

Employee is responsible for operating an Adhesive Coating oven to produce a pressure sensitive adhesive tape. Must pass and be certified in Static and Grounding as well as Bonding training. Coaters receive a premium of $1.00/hr after 90 days of training.

Rubber Operator:

The position is responsible for calendaring batches of material according to process sheet/customer specifications. Operators take milled material and place into calendar to form continuous roll of rubber. Must adjust nip settings to obtain proper gauge. Ensure the material is within customer/quality (thickness, width and surface quality) specifications.

Slitter Operator - Extruded Tape:

The position is responsible for the converting of Jumbo rolls of Extruded Tapes and Films to smaller rolls. Employee is responsible for operating a rewind slitter to convert tape to customer specification and order.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred

- While prior manufacturing experience is preferred, we will provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants.

- Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools.

-Physical demands include lifting 25-50lbs.
