About the position: Collection Contact Representatives provide over-the-phone technical assistance to individuals and businesses to assist with a variety of tax matters.
During this event, Managers and HR Specialists will be available to answer questions, and review/accept resumes. If you are deemed qualified, a tentative job offer will be issued on-the-spot and you may be able to complete several pre-employment process steps, like fingerprinting.
