Position: Shipping/Order Selecting (Temp to Hire)  
Location: Dollar Tree Distribution Center, 400 Stone Road Windsor, CT

**Shift Schedule:**
- Sun-Tues: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM ($19.50 / hour)
- Wed-Fri: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM ($19.50 / hour)
- Fri-Sun: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($19.50 / hour)  
Pay: $18/hr. + $1.50 Shift Differential

**Responsibilities Include:**
- Load/Unload and label merchandise onto conveyors (up to 70 lbs)
- Meet production requirement of 400 packages selected per hour
- Verify and audit merchandise
- Identify, separate, label, and palletize product
- Comfortable with heights and working on multiple levels
- Move merchandise from conveyor to trailer
- Load packages in organized rows from ground to the roof of the trailer
- Meet production requirement of 400 packages handled per hour
- Check merchandise for accuracy and damages
- Load merchandise carefully onto proper trailers

**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (Avg. product weight: 15-20 lbs)
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting
- Closed-toed shoes required
