- Contact Representatives – Contact Representatives provide over-the-phone technical assistance to individuals and businesses to assist with a variety of tax matters.
- Supervisory Contact Representatives – Supervisory Contact Representatives perform various administrative functions, including employee timekeeping, managing employee performance and records, and addressing employee conduct issues.
