Job Qualifications:
- No experience necessary with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED recognized by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
- Demonstrated eighth grade reading level.
- Valid Illinois driver's license; at least 23 years old with a clean MVR (for Residential Program).
- Ability to pass criminal background check; pre-employment drug screening and physical.
