· 87.5% of our HIV patients are virally suppressed (compared to 53% state)
· 400+ families have participated in obesity prevention program
· 6,400 children tested for lead
· 697 families served by prenatal case managers

· 300+ students receive nutrition, cooking and gardening education in schools – obesity prevention
· 687 tested for HIV at off-site outreach
· Lead Outreach visited over 500 homes and 65 homes had soil testing done
· Parenting Resource Center/ Child Enrichment Program
