Renew Financial was founded in 2008 by a multidisciplinary team of experts in finance, technology, operations, and government policy to innovate the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing model. We specialize in affordable financing for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, and we are developing an array of financing products that will help move America toward a clean energy model.

With financing from Renew Financial, homeowners can borrow 100% of project costs and pay back the cost of home efficiency upgrades over the course of 5 to 30 years. Our financing program is available to millions of homeowners in California and Florida, and we’re growing every day. We originated the concept of PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing, and we continue to be leaders and innovators in energy and efficiency financing.

Home energy and water upgrades made possible by Renew Financial have already created more than $900 million in energy savings for our customers, as well as 1.65 million megatons reduction in Greenhouse gas emissions. That’s equivalent to taking 347,000 cars off the road for an entire year!
